Steve has twenty-seven years experience in the mechanical trades starting out as a HVAC installer to his current position as Senior Project Manager. Successful completion of total mechanical projects including Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Underground Sitework, ranging in size from $200,000 to $12,000,000. Responsibilities include Budgeting, Estimating, Labor Control, Quality Control, Buyouts, Billing, Project Closeout, etc. Mr. Presley has successfully achieved his Green Advantage Enviromental Certification and prides himself on his ability to deliver a quality product that is on schedule and in budget.
