EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PROGRAM (ESOP)

No action is required to join and there is no cost to you, whatsoever. You will automatically become a member of the ESOP on either April 1st or October 1st once you have worked for the company for one year and logged at least 1,000 hours in that 12-month period. You must be at least 18 years old.

401(K) PLAN

William R. Nash offers a 401K retirement plan that gives employees the option of making pretax 401K deferrals, post tax 401k deferrals or a combination of both.

HEALTH INSURANCE: MEDICAL (INCLUDING TELEMEDICINE), DENTAL, AND VISION

You have your choice of four different medical plans. Each of our plans is designed to meet the unique needs of our employees and their families. Premiums start at $34.12 per pay period for individual coverage. Smile! Routine cleanings are covered at 100% in- network once every six months. Premiums start at $1.20 per pay period for individual coverage! Vision is also offered with $10 eye exams and $25 copays for lenses/ frames for services from an in-network provider. Contacts are available in lieu of glasses and discounts for Lasik are also available. Premiums are only $1.44 per pay period for individual coverage!

LIFE INSURANCE: BASIC AND SUPPLEMENTAL

Basic life insurance is provided to you at no cost when you enroll in the company sponsored medical or dental plan. The benefit covers the employee for $15,000.

DISABILITY: SHORT AND LONG TERM

William R Nash believes in the importance of insuring your paycheck! Voluntary Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability is available to you for purchase. Critical Illness Focus on your health, not your wallet.This benefit pays you cash if you are diagnosed with a serious medical condition. The voluntary coverage pays you a cash benefit. Accident Because somethings just happen, this voluntary benefit pays you a cash benefit for medical services as a result of an accident regardless of where the accident occurs. Cancer Cancer is a terrible disease, but fortunately more individuals are beating it through early diagnosis and treatment. This voluntary coverage pays a cash benefit on treatments received. Hospital Indemnity If you become injured or seriously ill, it is likely you’ll have a hospital stay. Voluntary Hospital Indemnity coverage helps you manage out-ofpocket costs that come up!

MATERNITY / PATERNITY LEAVE

Eligible employees are entitled to FMLA leave for pregnancy or birth of a child as follows: 1. Both the mother and father are entitled to FMLA leave for the birth of their child. 2. Both the mother and father are entitled to FMLA leave to be with the healthy newborn child (i.e., bonding time) during the 12-month period beginning on the date of birth. An employee’s entitlement to FMLA leave for a birth expires at the end of the 12- month period beginning on the date of the birth. 3. A husband and wife who are eligible for FMLA leave and are employed by us will be limited to a combined total of 12 weeks of leave during any 12-month period if the leave is taken for of the employee’s son or daughter or to care for the child after birth, for placement of a son or daughter with the employee for adoption or foster care or to care for the child after placement.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

All employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The plan is 100% paid by William R Nash and it includes unlimited telephonic support for issues related to your mental health, abuse/ addictions, enhancing your emotional health and dealing with trauma.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION / BONUSES

PAID VACATION AND HOLIDAYS

In addition to 6 paid holidays per year, full time employees have PTO during their first year of employment.
