EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN
William R. Nash LLC.'s ESOP is a plan in which the company contributes to a stock plan for the benefit of its employees, who become vested in the program and gain shares over time. JOINT VENTURE FORMED
Nash Mechanical, LLC. incorporated as a plumbing & HVAC contractor in the state of Florida in a JV Venture with Nash Plumbing & Mechanical, LLC.

ACQUISITION
William R. Nash, Inc. is acquired by H.B. Global, LLC. and name changed to William R. Nash, LLC.
