HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital

The HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital project included expanding critical care capacity by 12 patient rooms - 31 total, increasing the number of pre-operative treatment areas from 14 to 43 bays, renovating the main lobby, waiting rooms and registration areas and adding a chapel and coffee shop. The coffee shop will be occupied by Los Dos Christianos Coffee. New Central Energy Plant as well as OR expansion along with Mechanical system upgrades to the entire OR department. The scope of work associated with the mechanical HVAC systems, focusing on the demolition, installation, and commissioning of various HVAC components, equipment, and piping systems. The project includes both the removal of existing systems and the installation of new equipment in accordance with the project’s specifications and the construction drawings.
