William R. Nash Celebrates Triple Win at 2025 ABC Excellence in Construction Awards

Nash, LLC was recognized with three prestigious awards at the 2025 Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Florida East Coast Chapter’s Excellence in Construction Banquet held this past October in Miami, Florida. This recognition highlights our team’s superior craftsmanship and precision in specialized construction projects.

Memorial Regional Hospital 4th Floor Family Birth Place Project - Eagle Award

Our team was honored with an Eagle Award for our exceptional work on the Memorial Regional Hospital 4th Floor Family Birth Place Project. Valued at nearly $5 million, this transformative project converted over 59,000 square feet of previously unoccupied space into a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to specialized care for high-risk pregnancies and neonatal care.

William R. Nash, LLC played a crucial role in this project, overseeing the installation of medical gas and plumbing equipment, piping, fixtures, and thermal insulation. Our expertise in healthcare facility systems ensured that this new birthplace meets the highest standards of safety and functionality for both patients and medical staff.

UHealth Doral Ambulatory Care Center - Eagle Award

We received our second Eagle Award for our outstanding contribution to the UHealth Doral Ambulatory Care Center project. This impressive 160,000-square-foot, six-story facility combines cardiovascular care and cancer services with a convenient parking garage offering over 580 spaces.

Our scope of work for this project included complete plumbing and medical gas services, supporting the center’s cutting-edge facilities such as outpatient surgery suites, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, MRI and CT capabilities, endoscopy/GI suites, a central sterile processing area, cardio diagnostics, more than 30 CTU/Infusion bays, over 60 exam rooms, and a pharmacy. Our team’s meticulous work helped bring this healthcare facility to life, providing the Miami-Dade community with access to advanced medical care.

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers - Pyramid Award

Completing our award trio, William R. Nash, LLC received a Pyramid Award for our work on the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers project.

This collaborative venture between Encompass Health and Lee Health resulted in a 60-bed rehabilitation hospital designed to provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from complex conditions.

Our team executed a comprehensive plumbing scope of work for this state-of-the-art facility, which offers advanced therapies, private rooms, and 24/7 care. The hospital’s mission is to help patients regain independence through personalized treatment in a supportive, healing environment, and our work contributed significantly to creating the infrastructure necessary for this specialized care.
