UHealth SoLé Mia

University of Miami Health System’s UHealth Sole Mia is a state-of-the-art, seven-story, 370,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility located in North Miami. The more than $300 million project includes 10 operating rooms, 3 endoscopy/GI procedure rooms, 3 interventional radiology suites, 33 infusion chairs, and more than 100 exam rooms. William R. Nash, LLC, was contracted to provide the complete plumbing and medical gas systems. William R. Nash’s contracted scope included coordination assistance, prefabrication, and installation of a complete domestic water system, condensate recovery system, and med gas system, along with the supervision and management of med gas wiring and insulation. The project consisted of the following equipment, all of which we were contracted to furnish, install, & maintain through final occupancy.
