Our Services
Building Information Modeling
Clients expect expedited construction in today’s market. That is exactly what we deliver with our integrated project approach using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our BIM process is closely integrated and executed from Virtual Estimating, Trade Coordination, Pre-Fabrication to Field Installation. Using BIM over a decade has given us plenty of experience to lead the collaboration effort on projects of any size.
Our array of 3D software allows us the ability to accurately and clearly model plumbing and hydronic pipe systems, sheet metal ductwork, fire protection services, architectural features and structural elements. We are also a leader in identifying conflicts prior to field installation through advanced software. We maintain many 3D software systems that places us at the forefront of the industry for virtual mechanical construction.
BIM models have become an integral part of our overall project success. From setting sleeves using developed layout points, quickly making modifications to systems, tracking materials, utilizing point cloud information or pre-fabricating quality pipe assemblies our BIM process is at the center of it all.
Fabrication
Our state-of-the-art fabrication facility is strategically located in Tamarac, Florida where fabrication of all types are manufactured and shipped throughout the Southeast United States, Bahamas, and the Caribbean. The controlled environment and “Just in Time” processes allow Nash to produce the highest quality Mechanical and Plumbing products from simple valve assemblies to complex pump packages. One of a kind fabrication to multiple production runs are common occurrences and are easily accomplished. Areas of Expertise:
- HVAC Systems
- Equipment & Fixture Components
- Plumbing Systems
- Structural & Equipment Supports
- Fire Sprinkler Systems
- Pipe Hangers
- Medical Gas Systems
- Valve Assemblies
Pre-Construction
As the Mechanical Contractor on design assist projects, Nash offers a full complement of pre-construction services during the design phase. Proper utilization of these contractor related activities assures the client that their facility will be constructed in the most economical and efficient manner. Major activities are cost estimates, scheduling, and constructibility reviews. These tasks all require a detailed analysis of component parts of the design and serve to identify potential long lead purchases which must be handled early in the construction phase.
Construction
We continue to employ engineers within our full service consulting, design, fabrication, installation and inspection mechanical contracting services.
