Lee Health | Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital

Encompass Health and Lee Health partnered to open the 60-bed Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Myers, providing comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from complex conditions. Located in Fort Myers, Florida, the state-of-the-art facility offers advanced therapies, private rooms, and 24/7 care, helping patients regain independence through personalized treatment in a supportive, healing environment. This scope of work included the complete plumbing systems installation for the project, including domestic water, sanitary waste, storm drainage, medical gas systems, and related equipment. All work shall be executed in accordance with the contract documents, including plumbing drawings (P001–P005), Division 22 specifications, applicable codes, and recognized industry standards.
Our team was responsible for the furnishing, installation, connection, testing, certification, and insulation of all piping systems, fixtures, and specialties as described below, including coordination with other trades and systems (HVAC, electrical, architectural, and structural).
