Hilton Worldwide and Baptist Health of South Florida have signed an agreement to open a 184-room hotel on the NW portion of Baptist’s Main Campus at 8900 Kendall Drive. William R. Nash, Inc. will be providing plumbing and insulation services to Hensel Phelps Construction for the project. The 150,000-square foot hotel will have 150 guest rooms along with 34 rooms for those guests staying for longer periods of time. The property will also house a large ballroom, conference room area, health and wellness center, heated outdoor pool, along with a commercial kitchen. Ground work began in June and the project is currently scheduled to finish in December of 2018.
