5 Story Neurological Intervention/Cancer Institute. Complete plumbing system, fuel oil system, Mechanical systems consisting of complete chilled water system, 2 air cooled chillers, multiple pumps, 5 custom AHU’s, 12 custom FCU’s and a complete ducted system.

Started as a fast-track Design-Assist, William R. Nash, Inc. worked closely with the design team and owner to assure an on time delivery. The project utilized LEAN building practices; obtaining over 54,500 man hours without lost time injury.
