Building Information Modeling
Clients expect expedited construction in today’s market. That is exactly what we deliver with our integrated project approach using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our BIM process is closely integrated and executed from Virtual Estimating, Trade Coordination, Pre-Fabrication to Field Installation. Using BIM over a decade has given us plenty of experience to lead the collaboration effort on projects of any size.
Our array of 3D software allows us the ability to accurately and clearly model plumbing and hydronic pipe systems, sheet metal ductwork, fire protection services, architectural features and structural elements. We are also a leader in identifying conflicts prior to field installation through advanced software. We maintain many 3D software systems that places us at the forefront of the industry for virtual mechanical construction.
BIM models have become an integral part of our overall project success. From setting sleeves using developed layout points, quickly making modifications to systems, tracking materials, utilizing point cloud information or pre-fabricating quality pipe assemblies our BIM process is at the center of it all.
Our state-of-the-art fabrication facility is strategically located in Tamarac, Florida where fabrication of all types are manufactured and shipped throughout the Southeast United States, Bahamas, and the Caribbean. The controlled environment and “Just in Time” processes allow Nash to produce the highest quality Mechanical and Plumbing products from simple valve assemblies to complex pump packages. One of a kind fabrication to multiple production runs are common occurrences and are easily accomplished. Areas of Expertise:
As the Mechanical Contractor on design assist projects, Nash offers a full complement of pre-construction services during the design phase. Proper utilization of these contractor related activities assures the client that their facility will be constructed in the most economical and efficient manner. Major activities are cost estimates, scheduling, and constructibility reviews. These tasks all require a detailed analysis of component parts of the design and serve to identify potential long lead purchases which must be handled early in the construction phase.
We continue to employ engineers within our full service consulting, design, fabrication, installation and inspection mechanical contracting services.
Plumbing & HVAC
Modern buildings require modern standards of expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Our management team are members of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.
We are well equipped to help you achieve code standards for energy conservation and LEED Certification, air exchange routes, operation and maintenance, and designing systems that meet your requirements for any type of room and environment. Our team includes Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP) engineers who are active on projects and in mentoring roles.
In addition to our experience gained from years of work in the industry, our team members are also able to make recommendations based on the best practices that define our craft. You will find an increasing expertise and specialized knowledge in the field of HVAC including design, installation, and control systems analysis of special needs for unique building. We have the capability to commission, design, and install equipment for industrial, medical, and commercial buildings.
Medical Gas Systems
Our certified tradesmen are compliant with all NFPA code and equipped to handle various specific medical gas configurations. All work performed by our accredited team is inspected and certified by a fully licensed and duly authorized independent third party.
New installation, remodels, and repairs requires skilled professionals. The Nash expertise integrates the experience of our team with the precise specifications your project requires. Trust in our secure process to deliver reliable plumbing, water main, storm drainage, sewer and directional boring services to your building.
Company officers are tasked with keeping our fire protection work up to code and in step with the advances in the industry, as well as mentoring and training new team members on how to distinguish themselves through hard work and building a reputation for quality. We are committed to improving the safety of our clients and of our buildings.
Our fire protection systems have been used in many complex projects; including universities, warehouses, power plants, and industrial spaces.
Waste Water & Water Treatment
William R. Nash and our partners manage and integrate multiple technologies into each water and waste treatment design project.
Our proven method begins with identifying the key performance expectations of water systems, then follows that with the proper organization, packaging and logistics of removing contaminated waste to permanent disposal facilities.
We aim to continue our role as a leader in the development of treatment pipelines, catches, reservoirs, and water/waste water treatment facilities.
William R. Nash utilizes the Design-Build method in order to execute each of our client’s specific vision with accuracy.
Our team’s design build experience allows us to effectively handle the required communication and team work needed to effectively share ideas, provide value engineering and deliver a high quality product. Nash’s team is able to work with clients from the initial concept of the project through the design and construction phases of the job until completion. This unilateral process lets Nash stay fully involved throughout the entire project assuring our clients’ needs will be fulfilled- if not exceeded.
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System, encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.
William R. Nash team members continue to strive and better themselves gaining knowledge and accreditations pertinent to their work. The determination of our employees is what makes Nash such a reliable and successful company.
